    1. The Boots Advantage Card scheme and Boots Advantage Card associated clubs and benefits are operated by Boots UK Limited, Nottingham, NG2 3AA (Boots). Please do not send correspondence to this address

    3. Boots can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions or any individual Boots Advantage Card account, at any time
    4. The Boots Advantage Card scheme is only valid at www.international.boots.com, www.boots.com and www.boots.ie
    5. If we identify that you hold two or more Boots Advantage Card accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion
    6. The Boots Advantage Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Boots reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage
    7. Boots can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Boots Advantage Card account and points accrued, if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers
    8. Boots will remove Boots Advantage Card points from Boots Advantage Card accounts that haven't been used for two years or have been closed
    9. To benefit from the Boots Advantage Card scheme, you must be aged 12 years or over. Boots will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached, excluding the distribution of their permanent Boots Advantage Card

    Data protection

    1. Walgreens Boots Alliance is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. To enable us to provide and inform you about our products and services, we share your information between companies in the Walgreens Boots Alliance group and with external businesses working on our behalf in the UK and abroad. We may share it with NHS bodies where we have a legal obligation or duty of care to do so, or if you have asked us to register you for an NHS service such as the Organ Donor scheme (UK only).     Collecting Boots Advantage Card points

    1. The standard number of Boots Advantage Card points you will collect are four Boots Advantage Card points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases
    2. After shopping online at international.boots.com, your Boots Advantage Card points will automatically be uploaded to your Boots Advantage Card account within five days of your products being dispatched
    3. Points are not available on infant milks (up to six months). Nor are they available on gift vouchers/cards, Boots Insurance (excluding travel insurance), Travel Services (excluding travel money) and the plastic bag levy (all UK only). In addition, points are also not available on gift boxes and delivery charges for online purchases
    4. Boots Advantage Card points promotions may not be available or may vary. Check individual promotion details
    5. Boots UK Limited reserves the right to withdraw Boots Advantage Card points promotions/offers without notice

    Spending Boots Advantage Card points

    1. One point is worth one penny to spend on products online at international.boots.com. We will not exchange Boots Advantage Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable
    2. Boots Advantage Card points cannot be spent on infant milks (up to six months) or gift boxes. They also cannot be spent on prescription items or at our 'third party' sites such as Boots Kitchen appliances, Boots Opticians products and services, Boots Hearingcare, Boots Travel Services, Boots Insurance, bootsphoto.com, bootsdesignersunglasses.com and bootspersonalisedgifts.com (all UK only)
    3. You must have enough Boots Advantage Card points to cover the price of the item; you cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service
    4. You will not qualify for Boots Advantage Card points, extra points offers, discounts or any other scheme offers/benefits, products or services when you pay with points
    5. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Boots Advantage Card points collection and redemption online without notice
    6. Spending points may be subject to network availability online
    7. When spending points online at international.boots.com, you cannot pay with a mix of Boots Advantage Card points and money in one transaction. Each transaction must be made with either points or money
    8. Delivery charges can only be paid for with Boots Advantage Card points if items in the transaction are being paid for with points and you have enough points to cover the full delivery charge. If you are purchasing delivery services from Boots Delivery Services Limited on international.boots.com, Boots Delivery Services Limited will accept points as payment of its delivery charge

    Returning goods

    1. If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of Boots Advantage Card points collected from your Boots Advantage Card account
    2. If a product you buy with points is faulty, please return it. See our returns policy for full details. If necessary, we will credit your account with the correct number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances
