    The following frequently asked questions should help answer your Advantage Card queries.

    Registering online and collecting my points

    How do I retrieve the points I've collected when shopping online?

    Your points will be automatically uploaded on to your Advantage Card account up to five days after you make your purchase at International

    You can see your points balance by logging onto your Advantage Card account online.

    Collecting Advantage Card points

    How do I collect points on-line with my Advantage Card?

    Once you've signed up to the Advantage Card scheme you can start collecting points on almost everything you buy.

    Simply add in your Advantage Card number at the check out to collect points on this occasion.

    If you are using an Advantage Card that belongs to someone else then just type the number in at the checkout so you can collect points on their behalf, don't register it to your account.

    Points can be collected on and International and are transferable between sites.

    Spending Points

    How do I spend my points?

    You can spend your points on International by selecting whether to pay for a product with points or £s when viewing products in your basket.

    If you would like to buy a range of products from International but only have enough points to cover the cost of one of the items you can do the following:

    1. Move the items you would like to pay for in £s to 'Purchase Later', this option is in a drop down menu next to each item in your basket.
    2. Select pay with points for the item you would like to pay for with your Advantage Card points.
    3. If you have enough points on your Advantage Card account you can choose whether you pay for your delivery with points or £s. We will highlight all your delivery options that you can pay for with Advantage Card points.
    4. You can then go onto Purchase later and buy your remaining items with £s.

    To spend points on International you must first register your Advantage Card . You must have enough points on your Advantage Card account to cover the cost of the products you wish to purchase.

    Points can be spent on and International and are transferable between sites.

    I have bought an item using my points, am I still entitled to an exchange/refund?

    Yes. Our usual refund policy applies for the item.

    Contacting me and my information

    What do you do with my data?

    We only share your details with companies in the Alliance Boots group and businesses that process Advantage Card information on our behalf (in the UK and abroad), for example to produce your Advantage Card and Boots Delivery Services Limited. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice, in helping you to choose products that are right for you.

    I would like to be contacted more often by Boots Advantage Card.

    If you register your email address we may contact you by email, you can do this by registering online or by calling customer care on 00 44 115 918 11 22*.

    *00 44 numbers (standard international rate) call charges will vary depending upon your provider and country.?Calls from mobiles, payphones and charge cards may cost more.

    Using my existing Advantage Card

    If you've already got a UK Advantage Card you can use it on, you won't need to apply for a new one
