does what it says on the box I have used this product - it is the most palatable on a dodgy newly pregnant stomach - and you are less likely to bring it back up than others - however I have found that it increases constipation more than others so play around if you have unhappy side effects! The Best vitamins Well recommend those vitamins. The best I v ever had and the baby likes it too ;) November 19, 2012
Good supplement pack I started taking these rather than folic acid and vitamin D separate supplements as I starter receiving treatment for breast cancer whilst pregnant and wanted a supplement booster in case I struggled to eat. They are big tablets but have a smooth coating for easier swallowing. If you struggle with big tablets these may not be the best tablets for you. I have no complaints about them, they do what they say on the packet. Try and buy them on offer :) January 2, 2013
