How do I change my personal details?

How do I retrieve the points I’ve collected when shopping online?
Your points will be automatically uploaded on to your Advantage Card account up to five days after you make your purchase at international.boots.com.
You can see your points balance by logging in to your Advantage Card account online.
How do I collect points online with my Advantage Card?
Once you’ve signed up to the Boots Advantage Card scheme you can start collecting points on almost everything you buy.
Simply add in your Advantage Card number at the checkout to collect points on this occasion.
If you are using an Advantage Card that belongs to someone else then just type the number in at the checkout so you can collect points on their behalf, don’t link it to your account.
Boots Advantage Card points can be collected on boots.com and international.boots.com and are transferable between the sites.
Your points balance will show at the top of the page when you are logged in to the site and have your Advantage Card linked to your account.
How do I spend my points?
You can spend your points on international.boots.com by selecting whether to pay for a product with points or pounds (£) when viewing products in your basket.
To spend points on international.boots.com you must first register your Advantage Card. You must have enough points on your Advantage Card account to cover the cost of the products you wish to purchase.
Points can be spent on boots.com and international.boots.com and are transferable between sites.
I have bought a product using my points, am I still entitled to an exchange/refund?
Yes. Our usual refund policy applies for the product.
What do you do with my data?
We only share your details with companies in the Walgreens Boots Alliance group and businesses that process Boots Advantage Card information on our behalf (in the UK and abroad), for example to product your Advantage Card and Boots Delivery Services Limited. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice, in helping you to choose products that are right for you.
